Publish /projaudit v0.2.0 in the Audit Suite

Updated the Journal Node Audit Suite to identify /audit as live and /projaudit as specified at v0.2.0 with implementation in progress.

Made the Day 34 v0.2.0 canonical specification the primary /projaudit reference, added its canonical agent prompt and fixed report template, and moved v0.1.0 into an explicitly superseded archive entry.

Reframe Journal Node around the Audit Suite

Updated the Journal Node tab to present Journal Node as the Audit Suite, not just a single validator audit agent. Added a dedicated suite section with semantic command entries for /audit and /projaudit.

Linked the live /audit methodology and latest sample outputs for ChatGPT 5.5 and Claude Opus 4.7, and added the then-current /projaudit Day 1 decision memo and Day 2 positioning brief.
